The FIS Alpine World Ski Championships will be held in Åre, Sweden, on 3-18 February 2007. The last few weeks have offered fine conditions with cold weather and snowfall in Åre. All preparations for the Championships are running according to plan.

Rock tune official WSC-song

The rocky tune 'Catch Me If You Can' has been elected as the official song for FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in Åre on 3-18 February 2007.

The artist performing the song is Swedish Ana Johnsson, who made her international breakthrough a couple of years ago with the world hit song 'We Are' from the film 'Spiderman 2'. She has recently released her new album.
